Now the warm weather has arrived, parks, gardens and sports fields require various type of maintenance and preparation work to be performed: summer is approaching and the consequent physiological changes in the terrain must be constantly monitored to obtain a strong grass structure as early as the beginning of spring.  

One important operation that must be performed in this period is aeration: the grass is gently combed by a roller with steel prongs which pinches and pulls away the felt and moss (also preventing it from growing again). 
Aeration can be performed by hand, using special rakes... but it's hard work It's better to use an Antonio Carraro multi-purpose tractor fitted with an aerator.
