ACTIO™: Full Chassis with Oscillation

Thanks to the extraordinary compactness of the ACTIO™ chassis (full chassis with oscillation) with steering wheels, the Tigrecar cc transporter is extremely agile and manageable. The 4 final reducers on the front and rear wheels (with the possibility of disengagement of the integral traction with hydraulic control) guarantees excellent ground clearance.

Extraordinary comfort

The extraordinary comfort of the Tigrone Series transporters is their major selling point. The wide drive platform with easy access offers an extremely comfortable living space with excellent visibility of the front and of the control board. Worthy of note is the pedal board, rendered particularly spacious by the new concept steering control with its single double rod hydraulic cylinder. The instrumentation, steering wheel, levers, pedals and controls are in an ergonomic position and a logical sequence so as to render the drive pleasant and safe at all times. The dashboard, fi tted with led “on-off” is both practical and elegantly pleasing to the eye: some glove compartments and drinks holders are positioned at the side of the operator to maximise comfort while at work. The comfortable, moulded and sprung driver’s seat is positioned on a suspended platform completely covered in an insulating sheath, soundproofed with Silent-Block, an anti-vibration device. The platform is part of the front axel and this grants the vehicle maximum stability even in the presence of obstacles and unevenness. To the left of the driver’s seat the Tigrecar cc is fitted with a soft seat that doubles up as a glove compartment, very useful for keeping the operator’s tools in.

Design: Total Harmony

The bodywork of the Tigrecar cc is elegant, curved and completely streamlined even on the sides allowing agile disengagement in the presence of foliage or lateral obstructions. The vertical front opening of the bonnet for full inspection of the engine offers maximum practicality in routine and extraordinary maintenance.

The operator is completely isolated in the Tigrecar cab and able to protect his hearing, skin and lungs whilst working in a calm and safe environment. The  cab (optional) is completely closed: an important development in the transporter category, vehicles designed to carry out tasks involving the movement of materials, often dusty, in both fields and on building sites. The cab has wide access and the driving space is comfortable and spacious. The ultra-low “coupe” profile grants the operator agile movement in confined spaces, in the presence of thick foliage or when the area demands a minimum height of 2 metres. Soundproofing is excellent, as is the operator’s visibility thanks to the structure of the uprights on which a large 360° window is fitted. The cab has a central heating system with vents for the recycling of air over the door and in addition it is fitted with a radio.
