The Series 30 TTR 4400 HST machines are hydrostatic, reversible and multifunctional. The machine-attachment combination can be set up in various operational trims with a high standard of specialisation, performing a whole range of maintenance operations in the city landscape: like tend parks, clean pedestrian precincts, cut grass on motorway embankments, maintain grassed areas in sports grounds and on golf courses, move earth and dig in nurseries and on construction sites and clear snow.

ACTIO™ is the only system of chassis oscillation that minimises lateral shaking to the operator both on slopes and when overcoming obstacles due to the fact that the seat is positioned at the chassis’ centre of oscillation. Traditional tractors with supported engines distribute their weight evenly on both axles; with the equipment mounted they have between 60 and 70% of their weight concentrated on the rear axle. The consequence of this is an extremely unbalanced vehicle that often needs front ballasting and this in turn increases the pressure on the ground and the vehicle’s overall length. The TTR 4400 HST, thanks to its ACTIO™ chassis with its overhanging engine redistributes the total weight of the tractor - 60% on the front axle and 40% on the rear one. In this way by fitting equipment to the power lift there is an equal redistribution of the tractor and equipment’s total weight: 50% on the front and 50% on the rear. In other words, the TTR 4400 HST when appropriately fitted out acts as a single unit made up of two completely independent tractors of the same mass and dimension which oscillate independently of each other at 15°. Oscillation between the two parts occurs at the centre of the chassis so during the critical phase of overcoming an obstacle the two parts counterbalance each other thereby noticeably reducing lateral shaking and shifts in the vehicle’s centre of gravity.

MOWER WITH TT 1500 HDS TURBINE
The HDS (Heavy Duty Super) equipment is fitted with a reinforced frame with three extremely resistant blades that guarantee uniform cutting in all conditions. The cutting width of 150 cm is the same as the plate itself thus allowing perfect cutting right up to the edge. These mowers, even on difficult ground conditions such as long grass, are able to cut at a very high speed.
The TT 1500 HDS mower solves the two old problems associated with traditional mowers of cut regulation and blocking in a very new way.
The system allows the cutting height to be adjusted very quickly using a simple system of wheel height spacers. In sharp contrast to other mowers, the aspiration turbine is situated above the plate in a semi-central without lateral protrusions; this allows it to cut grass at the edges of pavements and kerbsides, both on its right and left sides.
For an easier maintenance the mower can be placed upright.
T 1500 HD MOWER WITH LATERAL DISCHARGER
The T 1500 HD mower with lateral discharger keeps the innovative characteristics of the model with the turbine: a rapid and innovative system that offers easy adjustment of the cutting height, a belt in kevlar that is resistant to the strongest loads, minimum noise thanks to the transmission’s helicoidal gears, capacity to cut grass at the edges of pavements and kerbsides.
The kit consists of a series of special blades and baffles that allow for further chopping up of the grass. After which the fine “mulch” is uniformly distributed over the ground, providing excellent natural compost. This solution, apart from falling in line with a modern and ecological view of green care allows for the saving of time and expense connected with the collection, transport and disposal of grass cuttings.

VIAC 28 guarantees power, precision, speed and savings
The exclusive VIAC 28 hydrostatic transmission design by Antonio Carraro is the beating heart of TTR HST, where the abbreviation HST stands, of course, for "hydrostatic transmission".
VIAC 28 is a high-performance, compact unit comprising an integrated pump and hydraulic motor, that is, there are no connection pipes or other external parts that could be subject to damage and wear.
The high cubic capacity of the pump guarantees a constant flow, with no loss of power on steeply sloping land when using heavy attachments, and ensures high speeds for travel on road.
With VIAC 28, you have millimetric precision when handling the attachments and the engine of TTR HST, with outstanding savings in work times, consumption and physical effort.
These are direct-injection diesel engines with cylinders in line, water cooled. They are low-noise and combustion is optimised, so they are ecological engines with low running costs. The excellent weight/power ratio makes operations faster in linear work, even with very heavy attachments.
The fuel tank of TTR 4400 HST is large enough to give it a longer work capacity than any other machine in its class.
Access to the engine compartment is facilitated by the hood that can be completely opened.
Three words to describe the working environment provided by the TTR 4400 HST.
Space: because it is the only vehicle with 400 mm wide anti-slip lateral pedal and a160 mm central tunnel which doesn’t affect the optimal position of the driver’s seat in any way whatsoever. In addition all the pipes from the hydraulic system and the cables from the electrical system are kept together in one tunnel which renders the driver’s seat clean and safe.
Ergonomics: because all the most commonly used controls have been put in positions of easy access in order to reduce operator stress to a minimum even after many hours of use. The double foot pedal for forward and reverse direction is positioned below the rotating the control consol and is equally accessible in both drive directions.
Comfort: because the driver’s seat and mounting platform are very close to the ground; all of the tractor’s most important control instruments are positioned on the rotating the control consol and are instantly recognisable also thanks to the audible alarms. In both drive directions a glance is all that is necessary to check the temperature of the engine’s cooling liquid, its rev count, its speed or the state of clogging of the hydrostatic transmission’s filter system.
