Franz on the family farm: “As soon as I am free from my commitments I climb aboard my TTR 9800!” he says.

Richard and Roger Pramatton have worked out that only an Antonio Carraro tractor could reach the
steep slopes of their mountain hut-bar in Courmayer: “We were looking for a safe way of getting up to
the hut, a tractor that could “challenge” snow and ice”. That is why they chose an Ergit100! In addition
to the mountain hut the Pramattons have an agricultural company, “Mont Blanc”, run by Roger’s wife,
Chiara, where they grow apples, grapes, small fruit and potatoes. The tractor is used to cut wood. The
Pramatton brothers are two ex alpine skiers from the Italian national team: Roger, class of 1969, was
Italian Junior Champion in the special slalom, from 1991 to 1995, and he also competed at the World
Cup. His older brother, Richard, was a high level skier and is now head of the alpine sector of the
Army’s Sports Centre.
