CERTIFICATION

As at today, the company implements an integrated Health and Safety management system according to ISO 45001 and Environmental management system according to ISO 14001. This measure has allowed a more structured approach to Health and Safety and the Environment. A Management Systems team has been established to implement operating procedures and instructions, aimed at keeping all processes under control, clarifying tasks and responsibilities, employing instruments to report critical issues and continuously improve, all together. One of the essential requirements, in fact, is the need to involve all workers, considered an active and integral part of the management system. In addition, to promote the notion of shared responsibility among personnel, the company has implemented a two-hour training program for all workers. This ensures the contents and objectives of the management system are effectively communicated, thus promoting the importance of its correct implementation. The entire management system is underpinned by the principles of the Company Policy, which defines the value and profitability of the company: 1. Client satisfaction: an essential objective to which all employees contribute; 2. Environmental safeguarding: a key criterion guiding the company’s decision-making process; 3. Occupational health and safety and improved prevention and protection activities: one of the company's primary obligations towards its employees. Overall, an excellent result for Antonio Carraro, achieved thanks to the outstanding work of the entire team, with the support of the company’s top management. Our hope is that this milestone contributes to maintaining the high quality of AC products and, therefore, full customer satisfaction.
