  1. Purposes and lawfulness of processing
The data that you give us in the “Contact Us” area of the Website www.antoniocarraro.it (here in after the “Website”), will be used, in compliance with the above regulations, to:
    1. reply to your request for information.
The processing of your personal data is necessary in order to administer your request and does not require your consent (pursuant to art. 6, para. 1.b), of the Regulation).
The purposes of processing may also include:
    1. contacting you via the Newsletter and the provision of promotional information about Antonio Carraro S.p.A.;
    2.  send you “Tractor People”, a technical magazine.
The processing of your personal data for these purposes will be based on your consent (where given), pursuant to art. 6, para. 1.a) of the Regulation. Your consent may be revoked at any time.
 
  1. What data is requested
The data marked with an asterisk (*) is mandatory. In its absence, your request cannot be submitted and (even if you have given consent) you will not be able to receive our Newsletter or our “Tractor People” magazine. There are no consequences for failure to provide the other data.
Via the “Contact Us” area, you can tell us what information you want and/or highlight specific matters or needs, but please do not provide any especially personal or private data (e.g. about your health, religious beliefs, etc.).
 
  1. Recipients of your personal data         
Your data will not be disseminated in order to administer your request, but may be communicated to the following third parties that, where necessary, may be appointed as Processors pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulation:
  • companies that supply us with ancillary client relationship management services (e.g. vendors of management software);
  • companies that supply us with ancillary services in support of our promotional activities (e.g. sending the Newsletter or the “Tractor People” magazine).
The names of all Processors appointed pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulation may be requested by writing to the addresses indicated below.
Internally, your data may become known (on a need-to-know basis) to persons tasked with processing within the following Departments: Commercial Department - Advertising & Marketing Office, After-Sales Department and IT Systems Office.
 
  1. Transfers outside of the EU
Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside of the European Union for the purposes indicated above.
 
  1. Processing your personal data
Your personal data will be processed, mostly electronically, in order to administer your request, to contact you again and (if you have consented) to send you our Newsletter and our “Tractor People” magazine.
Your data will be processed in compliance with current regulations and, in any case, in a manner that ensures its security and confidentiality and prevents its dissemination or unauthorized use, modification or erasure.
 
  1. Data retention period
Your data will be processed for the time needed to administer properly your request and retained, so that we can improve our services, for a maximum of 24 months, after which it will be erased or rendered anonymous.
If you have consented to receive our Newsletter or the “Tractor People” magazine, your data will be retained while you are registered for our service and, in all cases, until your consent is revoked. Subsequently, as above, your data will be erased or rendered anonymous.
 
  1. Your rights under Art. 15 - 22 of the Regulations
By sending an e-mail to privacy@antoniocarraro.it, you can exercise your rights under Art. 15 - 22 of the Regulations, which, in summary, shall include the following:
  • confirming whether or not your personal data is being processed;
  • accessing your personal data and the information listed under Art. 15 of the Regulations;
  • ensuring any incorrect or incomplete data about you is rectified or completed without any unjustified delay;
  • ensuring your data is deleted without any unjustified delay;
  • ensure the processing of your personal data is limited;
  • being informed of any rectification or deletion or limitation in the processing of your personal data;
  • receiving your personal data or transmitting it to another data controller in a in a structured and commonly used format.
In particular, it is a right of yours to withdrawal, in any time, your consent to the processing of your personal data.

  1. Complain to the Data Protection Authority
If you believe that the way your data has been processed does not comply with the provisions of the Regulations, you can file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it), or the Data Protection Authority of your country of residence or work, or the country where the alleged breach has taken place.
