We need the personal data (e-mail address) that you are giving us by completing the electronic form in order to contact and update you, by sending you our Newsletter, about our products, services and initiatives.
Your personal data will be processed on the basis of any consents given by you (pursuant to art. 6, para. 1.a), of the Regulation) and in compliance with the current measures - and any subsequent amendments and/or additions - issued on the subject by the Italian Data Protection Authority. Your consent may be revoked at any time by writing to privacy@antoniocarraro.it . 
 
  1. Recipients of your personal data         
Your data, which will not be disseminated, may be communicated to the following third parties, as external controllers or processors:
  • companies that, acting on our behalf, prepare and send our Newsletter and commercial communications about the products, services and initiatives of Antonio Carraro S.p.A., and that carry out promotional activities;
  • companies that provide ancillary services for the administration of our Website and our IT and telematic systems.
The names of all Data Managers appointed under Art. 28 of the Regulations may be requested by writing to privacy@antoniocarraro.it.
Within the company, your data will be known by the management staff authorized to process data (within the scope of their job function) in the Sales/Marketing & Communications, After-Sales and IT Systems Departments.
 
  1. Transfers outside of the EU
Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside of the European Union for the purposes indicated above.

Your personal data will be processed, mostly electronically, in compliance with current regulations and, in any case, in a manner that ensures its security and confidentiality and prevents its dissemination or unauthorized use, modification or erasure.

Your contact data will be retained while you are registered for our Newsletter and, in all cases, until (if applicable) your consent is revoked. Subsequently, your data will be erased or rendered anonymous..
 
  1. Your rights under Art. 15 - 22 of the Regulations
By sending an e-mail to privacy@antoniocarraro.it, you can exercise your rights under Art. 15 - 22 of the Regulations, which, in summary, shall include the following:
  • confirming whether or not your personal data is being processed;
  • accessing your personal data and the information listed under Art. 15 of the Regulations;
  • ensuring any incorrect or incomplete data about you is rectified or completed without any unjustified delay;
  • ensuring your data is deleted without any unjustified delay;
  • ensure the processing of your personal data is limited;
  • being informed of any rectification or deletion or limitation in the processing of your personal data;
  • receiving your personal data or transmitting it to another data controller in a in a structured and commonly used format.
In particular, it is a right of yours to withdrawal, in any time, your consent to the processing of your personal data.

If you believe that the way your data has been processed does not comply with the provisions of the Regulations, you can file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it), or the Data Protection Authority of your country of residence or work, or the country where the alleged breach has taken place.
